The first step is to explore the cars available near you, or perhaps even near where you're going on vacation. You can search by location and then refine your results by 'Make and Model', 'Price per day', 'Transmission type', and 'Rental type'. If you want to see exactly where each car is, just use the map view.

Pick Your Rental Type

Once you’ve found a car that catches your eye, decide how you want to use it. We offer three different rental options:

  • Driving Rental: You get to drive the car yourself.
  • Event Rental: The car is delivered to you but stays parked. This is ideal for photo shoots, film/TV, advertising, or a music or social media video. The car could even take centre stage as a unique feature at your event.
  • Chauffeured Rental: Sit back and relax while someone else drives. Chauffeured Rental is perfect for weddings, proms, special occasions like a birthday or anniversary, or simply 'just because'...

Check Availability & Book

Once you've chosen your car and rental type, check the availability. Pick your dates and times, and review the details under the 'Policies' tab. Got questions? You can contact the owner directly using the message icon. Once you're ready, click 'Reserve a car' and you’re all set.

Tips for a Hassle-Free Booking

  • Register First: Make sure you’re registered on DRIVESHARE before you try to book a car. You can do that right here.
  • Check Our Age Requirements: Drivers must be 25 years or older to rent from DRIVESHARE.
  • Plan In Advance: The first time you book a driving rental, make sure you plan ahead and allow up to 72 hours for the driver verification process.
  • Choose Your Insurance: DRIVESHARE provides insurance coverage for all driving rentals, with several options available at checkout. You can pick the coverage that works best for you: read more about the options here.
