This week we are heading to Atlanta, Georgia, where DRIVESHARE Pro Owner Quentin McSwain shares the story behind his growing classic car rental business and the vehicles that started it all.

From a 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle to a 1965 Ford Mustang, Quentin built Spartan Classics with one goal in mind: sharing his love of classic cars with others.

How did you get into classic cars?

I started a classic car rental company with the goal to share my love of classic cars with others. Making them available for rent provides those with an opportunity, if just for a day, to experience the thrill of driving a classic car.

What cars do you currently have on DRIVESHARE?

I currently have a 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle, a 1965 Ford Mustang and a 1998 Jaguar XJ8 available for rent through DRIVESHARE.

What made these cars the right fit for your business?

Both my Chevelle and Mustang have had two previous owners and have been kept in peak condition with minimal modifications.

They’re the kind of cars people instantly connect with, and there’s something special about giving someone the opportunity to actually drive them rather than just look at them.

Have you carried out any work on the vehicles?

I have had both vehicles thoroughly inspected and maintained by a classic car specialist mechanic. There have been no major modifications to the vehicles.

How do you store and maintain the cars?

Both vehicles are stored at a secure, gated facility.

Do you hope to keep the cars long term?

I aim to keep both of these vehicles so others can enjoy the thrill of driving these cars.

What makes these vehicles special to you?

These vehicles are not only my pride and joy, but will serve as the cornerstone of my business.

Thank you, Quentin, for sharing your story. You can check out Quentin’s collection on DRIVESHARE here, where his classic cars are available to rent in Atlanta.
